Code of Conduct and Reporting System

The success and reputation of FORTEC Elektronik Aktiengesellschaft and all companies affiliated with this company largely depend on each of us behaving lawfully and honestly and committing to our corporate values – integrity, respect and openness.

With this code, the board of directors, the supervisory board, the entire management and all employees of the FORTEC Group undertake to comply with all legal provisions to which we have to observe and the internal group guidelines. The Code of Conduct applies to all branches and business units of FORTEC Elektronik AG and the companies affiliated with this company worldwide.

Because we do business in multiple countries, local laws, regulations, or customs may conflict with our Code of Conduct. If there is a conflict or difference between the applicable legal requirements and our Code of Conduct, the more stringent standard must be followed.

Reporting System

In this reporting system you can quickly and easily report concerns about actual or suspected misconduct that can affect our company or the wellbeing of people.

The reporting system may not be used to make false accusations against others, and altogether, deliberately untrue information may not be reported.

We encourage you to provide your name in the report. Regardless of whether you do so or not, you can open a secure inbox. This makes it safer and easier for us to communicate.
