2. Participation and determination of winners
All persons who have been contacted directly in person or via a newsletter are eligible to participate in competitions. Participation takes place when the participant answers the questions in the customer survey and thus automatically participates in the prize draw as long as the access data is active. The period of validity is determined by AUTRONIC and can be adjusted at any time. AUTRONIC will draw the prizes directly after the sweepstake period and contact the winners directly. The winners will receive the prize by mail. If the prize cannot be delivered the first time, the claim to the prize expires and AUTRONIC has the right to draw a replacement winner.
Participation is free of charge. The participant only has to pay the fees for the internet connection. Participation is independent of the purchase of products or the order. AUTRONIC is not liable for the availability of the website. AUTRONIC shall also not be liable for any transmission errors. AUTRONIC may also modify, suspend or terminate the competition if this should be necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond AUTRONIC's control or if this is the only way to ensure that the competition can be conducted properly. The prize will not be paid out in cash. Each person may only participate in the prize draw once. Participation via automated mass participation procedures of third parties is not permitted.
AUTRONIC reserves the right not to consider participants in the draw in the event of suspected technical manipulation.
3. Data protection
We use the participants' data in order to be able to carry out the raffle. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 b) DSGVO. The data sent to the winners will be deleted four weeks after the closing date. With regard to other data processing (including recipients, transmission to third countries), please refer to the data protection declaration for the AUTRONIC website, available at https://autronic.de/en/privacy-policy.
Every participant has the right to information about the processing of personal data concerning them, a right to data portability and, where applicable, rights to erasure, rectification, restriction of processing and/or objection to processing, as well as a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For information as well as for general questions on the subject of data protection, AUTRONIC's data protection officer is available at the above-mentioned contact address.
4. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
