A single converter can cover all international on-board voltages from 24 V to 110 V. This ultra-wide solution is ideal for globally operating companies that want to qualify their assemblies cost-effectively with just one device. The DC/DC converter is perfect for use in harsh environments and applications such as box PCs, display controls, fans, customer systems, intercoms, and many others.
The device can operate continuously between -40°C and 85°C without requiring any derating. Thanks to full encapsulation, vibrations (up to 5.72 m/s²) and shocks (up to 50 m/s²) are not an issue, nor is operation in humid environments. Comprehensive certified fire protection, easy installation, and high efficiency (up to 93%) facilitate its use.
Compliance with the EMC standard EN50121-3-2 as well as surge, burst, and ESD is ensured without additional components. The converter features an integrated power failure bridging of 10 ms (class S2), making it unique in its compact size (113 mm x 46 mm x 35 mm).
Standard features include active reverse polarity protection, inrush current limitation, and overvoltage and overtemperature protection. Additionally, the converter is protected against no-load and continuous short-circuit conditions. The modules can be connected in parallel, and the output voltage is adjustable.
