Special solution for customers whose applications are intended for use in defense systems and equipment in harsh environments. The galvanically isolated DC-DC converter can be used for various applications without the need for further filtering measures. A classic AUTRONIC plug-and-play solution.

Special features:
The wide input range from 9 V to 60 V helps to reduce the model variety for the customer. Whether you have a 12 V, 24 V or 48 V supply voltage in the vehicle, the ACM60/Ks is not impressed. Even short voltage peaks up to 80 V are swallowed.

Integrated is an active inrush current limiting according to DEF STAN 61-5 Part C Issue 6, with an enable signal the converter can be started or switched off. The output voltage is 12 VDC, protection against overcurrent, overvoltage and overtemperature secures the driven applications against overload.
The efficiency of the compact converter (147 mm x 35 mm x 46 mm) is up to 84 %, depending on the applied input voltage. A low weight of just under 400 gr, full EMC filtering and the temperature range of -40...100 °C are hallmarks of this sophisticated converter.

The ACM60 supports demanding EMC requirements, details can be found in the listing below, as well as environmental requirements.
