The ACR120/Ks from Autronic is a compact, fully potted 150 W DC/DC converter designed for demanding railway applications. With its wide 4:1 input voltage ranges of 14–36 V and 66–154 V, it reliably fulfills the requirements of EN 50155 for the nominal voltages of 24 V and 110 V.

Optimized for Railway Applications

The robust DC/DC converter is specifically developed for use in rolling stock and complies with all relevant railway-specific standards, including:

• Shock and vibration resistance
• Damp heat resistance
• EMC compliance according to EN 50121-3-2

Thanks to its plug-and-play design (113 × 46 × 35 mm), no additional components are required for railway approval.

High Efficiency & Maximum Reliability

• High efficiency of up to 93% at full load with no derating
• Operating temperature range: –40 °C to +85 °C (OT4, ST1, ST2)
• Stable continuous output power over the entire input voltage range
